# Large reservations

You've planned a renovation or a big event? Here's what to do if you need a lot of stuff.

## Is there a limit to the amount of tools you can reserve?

Nope! **You can reserve as many tools as you like**. However, we simply ask you to reserve and borrow what you need. Monopolizing all our circular saws or routers is not cool. We're all about sharing stuff, after all!

You may have noticed that we have **a lot** **of accessories** on offer, like [SDS+ drills](https://tournevie-bxl.myturn.com/library/inventory/browse?q=SDS%2B+drill) and [saw blades](https://tournevie-bxl.myturn.com/library/inventory/browse?q=saw+blade) and so on. We usually have plenty of them in stock.

As a result, it's often **easier** and **less time-consuming** to come and choose your accessories in the workshop rather than spending time sifting through the inventory to reserve them.

## What if you have really large reservations?

Suppose you are organizing an event and you need **a lot** of circular saws, drills, accessories, ladders etc etc. **That means we need a lot of time to prepare** the order during our opening hours. 

What's more, it's possible and even likely that **a few items still need to come back** that day, because other people forgot to bring back tools in time, or due to some other **exception**.

In that case, **please let us know when you intend to drop by** during opening hours. Send us an e-mail at <admin@tournevie.be>.&#x20;

In any case, it's **not a good idea to arrive right after we've opened**, as we need some time to prepare, and some tools in your reservation might still be missing (but'll be available later on).&#x20;

## Do I need a special insurance?

In principle, you don't need extra insurance. However, for really big projects involving plenty of people using the tools, **it might be a good idea to search for an external insurance**.&#x20;

It stands to reason: the tools you borrow, and the more people are involved, **the greater the odds that something bad happens**.&#x20;

Some of our members have had our tools stolen or heavily damaged by inexperienced team members. As **our tools are expensive**, this replacement cost is expensive as well.
