Is Tournevie GDPR compliant? What happens to your data? This is where you'll find out.
What type of information does Tournevie collect?
Tournevie collects your e-mail address and phone number to be able to contact you with regard to tools you have borrowed. These can be loan reminders, membership expiration warnings etc.
In addition, we use the e-mail addresses to send out newsletters to our members from time to time. These are only used to notify you about important news or changes to our services.

What about the use of anonymized data by Tournevie?
To improve our service, we may make use of aggregated and anonymized data. While this is not an exhaustive list, we might want to find out, for instance:
In which municipalities our members live;
Which tools are most popular;
If certain tools are more (or less) prone to damage and require high maintenance costs;
How many weekly loans are made;
...
As Tournevie is a non-profit commons initiative, we will never make use of this information for targeted commercial outreach, nor will we share your personal data with any other parties.
